In order to offset costs, the client wanted to keep their existing tenant during construction, and Regency was committed to making that possible. A phased approach allowed Regency to work around the tenant’s business schedule, with operations continuing as usual through most of the construction process. Final stages were completed only after the lease was up. Energy-efficient glass was imported from Europe, enhancing the building's sustainability and elevating its sophisticated, modern design.
