This project had the logistical challenges of a mammoth Rubik’s Cube. Since it’s situated on an incline, the plans called for multiple levels of excavation, interior construction and points of entrance/egress for both the front and back levels.
This challenge was intensified by the proximity to neighbors. The team was careful to work within the confines of the tight space without compromising nearby properties.
