This project was completed in a record 10 months making it Regency’s fastest execution of a ground-up school construction to date. The tight timeframe was addressed with creative scheduling, coordination of multiple subcontractor crews, and overtime and weekend shifts. Bringing in sewer lines proved to be a challenge, but not one that could faze Regency’s can-do team. The sewer lines were channeled in from half a mile away without disrupting traffic, using underground mole boring technology to avoid cutting the road. The final result is an edifice that showcases Regency’s resourcefulness and commitment to excellence.
