This ambitious project was designed to meet two distinct community needs within a single footprint: a full-scale event venue and a large-capacity high school. The first floor is home to two expansive wedding halls with soaring ceilings, a large commercial kitchen built to accommodate both simultaneously, and high-end finishes including custom wall panels, specialty lighting, and integrated sound systems. The second floor serves as the high school space, featuring 22 classrooms, computer labs, and a spacious dining hall. Set on a sprawling 5.5-acre property, this project called for extensive site work even before construction could begin. Two township roads had to be built, and nearly 400 parking spaces were added to support the dual use of the building. From breaking ground to the final interior finishes, Regency managed every step of this extensive project, bringing the client’s vision to fruition in full and on time.
