Originally built in 2011 by Regency, this school building quickly outgrew its student enrollment.
New plans were drawn up for a magnificent, brand-new building, complete with a full kitchen, dining room, sanctuary, offices, and indoor gym, as well as an outdoor playground, in-ground swimming pool, and an extensive parking lot.
Aside from the necessary additions, a basement banquet hall had long been a dream of this client. Could Regency make this dream come true? Not without significant effort! The entire structure needed to be underpinned at a 12-foot depth in order to accommodate the hall. All said and done, there's something quite special about facilitating a school's rapid expansion — not just once, but twice!
