This project was completed in two phases to support the yeshiva’s continued growth. Regency was engaged to construct the original 23,000 sq ft building, establishing the core of the campus with classrooms, a bais medrash, dorms, kitchen, and cafeteria.
As the yeshiva expanded a few years later, a 20,000 sq ft addition was developed, bringing the total structure to a fully integrated, two-story building with a basement. The expansion was carefully executed to match the existing design and functionality, creating a cohesive campus that feels unified and spacious.
From the original build to the final addition, Regency partnered closely with the client to deliver a space that evolves alongside the needs of the yeshiva.
