Overview
Creation of a luxurious catering hall as part of the extensive building plans for the adjacent school. Property includes a full parking
lot with recharge and drainage system. Regency’s team had to overcome significant municipal and logistical hurdles to breathe life back into the site. The
team proposed adding an additional bearing wall in the basement thus saving a substantial amount on floor trusses. Plans were reviewed and redesigned with the architect, and the savings were passed on to the client.
