Overview
Extensive building plans included 27 classrooms, offices, auditorium, lunchroom and kitchen, full parking lot with recharge and drainage system and split-faced block exterior walls with stucco front. Regency’s team had to overcome significant municipal and logistical hurdles to breathe life back into the site. The team proposed adding an additional bearing wall in the basement thus saving a substantial amount on floor trusses. Plans were reviewed and redesigned with the architect, and the savings were passed on to the client.
They did a stunning job; they even upgraded the landscaping on their own, and did anything and everything that had to get done. There’s a lot of energy involved when they make their decisions. It’s all done with thought and pride. I’m sure they know where every screw and nail in our building is.
