Build a state-of-the-art multi-unit warehouse for multiple tenants

Hatbox is a bustling apparel company based in Lakewood with locations across the country and was looking to expand its existing warehouse and office building. To make best use of the space available, the building was customized to facilitate leasing space to other businesses. Although the new building was more than double the size of the original, full circulation around the property was maintained to allow for the flow of traffic, deliveries and access to loading docks.. Since the warehouse needed to remain operational throughout the construction, executing this project took a fair amount of finesse — which Regency delivered handily.
