The client envisioned an elegant office building with multiple, customized office suites and a modern, futuristic vibe.
A unique configuration would be needed to accommodate the two main building uses — the office suites and the daycare with a dedicated drop-off and pickup entrance.
Luckily, the property, a corner lot abutting two main traffic arteries, was just right for this purpose. It allowed for two main fronts with a separate parking lot access for each, keeping traffic flowing smoothly on the adjacent roadways. The grounds were cleverly landscaped to incorporate an existing pond with recreational walking paths alongside it.
Regency handled the project from start to finish, value-engineering the site for substantial savings. Multiple iterations of artist renderings were designed until the perfect blend of sophisticated and elegant was achieved, all while keeping within the budget framework
