This high-end office building was built from scratch on the footprint of a former warehouse site. Regency collaborated with architecture and design teams to develop innovative traffic flows, parking, and infrastructure that seamlessly merges with and enhances the existing site. Since the original parking facilities were not sufficient, they were expanded to accommodate the planned capacity of the building. The suites were custom-built for each tenant with finishes designed especially for their needs, right down to porches and outdoor spaces. Combining space efficiency with sleek design while still keeping to the budget left the signature Regency imprint on this property
