This highly customized, state-of-the-art building was built on an extremely tight site, so much thought went into maximizing every bit of space possible. Regency worked closely with both the township and the neighbors to ensure maximum parking capacity without impacting the surrounding properties.  Due to the narrow footprint of the building, extra care was needed to ensure ductwork and all equipment were installed in a way that conserved space without compromising on the aesthetics and effectiveness of the suites. Having accomplished that, these quality publications found in homes throughout Lakewood, now have a beautiful new home of their own!
